Aluminium 1100 Flat Bar is a commercially pure aluminium alloy containing a minimum of 99.0% aluminium, known for its excellent corrosion resistance, high thermal and electrical conductivity, and superior formability. It is widely used in applications where excellent corrosion resistance and ease of fabrication are essential. This alloy offers good workability and is commonly used in chemical processing equipment, food processing industries, architectural components, and decorative applications due to its smooth surface finish and resistance to atmospheric conditions. Aluminium 1100 Flat Bar is available in a wide range of sizes and thicknesses and can be supplied in custom lengths as per specific requirements. It provides excellent machinability and can be easily bent, formed, and welded without cracking. Although it has lower mechanical strength compared to heat-treatable aluminium alloys, it offers outstanding resistance to corrosion and excellent durability.
